This incredible new build property situated in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire features around 50 internal doors throughout as well as a high security entrance door.

Across the ground floor SWD supplied complete door sets which were all finished in our renowned black high gloss finish with matching high gloss frames and SW3 architraves. Leading you from the entrance door into the grand hallway is our Lattice Geo model with a curved framed head, as well as directly opposite is the entrance to the kitchen that mirrored the design but in a pocket door opening. These lattice feature doors make a grand statement as you enter this stunning home. The other doors throughout the property are our model R131 with three stepped beading.

As another statement feature in the entrance hall, we supplied two 2.6 metres lattice screens in black high gloss and a contrasting metallic powder colour on the lattice work. The screens act as a divider between the hallway and dining room whilst keeping the spaces open and inviting.

The first floor features our R131 model with three stepped beading in a black stain on oak with white frames and architraves. In the master bedroom, two solid lattice doors were installed leading to the ensuite and dressing room to add a decorative element.

All the hardware throughout the property was supplied by us and was from our partner Oliver Knights, finished in a polished nickel with hammered detailing.

The high security front door was our Knightsbridge model in black high gloss with a large statement central door knob in polished nickel. An added feature to the front door was a motorised lock and finger print entry system for ease of accessibility.
