Located within the prestigious St Georges Hill estate in Surrey, this stunning home combines timeless elegance with modern design, expertly crafted by Hill House Interiors and developed by Park Lane Developments. The interiors seamlessly blend classic and contemporary elements, with SWD’s high-quality doors playing a role in bringing the vision to life.

For this project, SWD supplied over 30 R137 model door leafs, all delivered in a white primed finish. This choice allows the designers to tailor the doors on-site, matching them perfectly with the home’s bespoke colour palette and design details.

The R137 model, with its classic three-panel design, enhances both traditional and modern spaces. The designers opted for our PCA beading, which adds an extra layer of elegance and complements the heritage feel of the doors.

One of the standout features of the home is a double-glazed door in the R101 model, located just off the main entrance hall. This door is flanked by two fixed glazed side screens, creating a striking focal point while flooding the hallway and adjacent rooms with natural light. Importantly, this door configuration meets fire rating compliance, ensuring both safety and style. The double door and fixed side lights have been carefully designed to adhere to fire safety regulations, providing peace of mind while maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the space.
