This impressive new build in Southport features both internal doors and the front door supplied by SWD. Our client opted for a classic look internally, choosing a combination of the model R108 and model R100 across the three floors, with a contemporary three stepped beading (ES3). The one panel model was chosen for all of the glazed doors to allow as much glass as possible between the openings, with a shadow gap recessed beading for a minimalist look (RS5).

The door sets are 2250mm height throughout, with some as wide as 926mm, and supplied with white primed rebated frames and a brushed nickel ironmongery finish. The door finish is a natural American black walnut which showcases the interesting wood grains and complements the other walnut furnishings through the property, including the staircase.

We produced a double door and side screens for the large opening between the hallway and dining room, reducing the width of the stiles on the fixed screens to allow as much glass as possible.

The front entrance door design accompanied the modern look of the exterior, with our statement lattice doors chosen in a metallic paint. Our client upgraded to a motorised lock and fingerprint scanner for a seamless key-less entry, which also connects to the home controls.
