These outstanding properties were designed and built by Applegate Homes in the internationally acclaimed Wentworth Estate and use our model R137 with PCA beading in our unique dark stain on walnut. The finish of the doors adds warmth and depth to these prestigious homes and the grain in the walnut adds texture and character.

SWD supplied the door leafs and carefully considered polished chrome hardware throughout the 12,000sqft properties which consisted of the highest specification and quality products.

The glazed doors are model R101; the theory behind this was to allow maximum light from the beautifully landscaped south facing gardens, while keeping the bottom panel of the glazed and solid doors the same to create continuity throughout.The properties were on three floors and SWD supplied a mix of 44mm thick FD30 and non fire rated doors.
