St Johns Wood, London 002United Kingdom
This complete refurbishment in St Johns Wood, London was designed by Olga Ashby and features our internal doors throughout. The model chosen was our R137 with PCA beading and a flat panel for a timeless classic-contemporary look. The doors, rebated frames and architraves were all black stained oak to match, complemented with antique brass hardware.
The door heights throughout the property were 2150mm and together with the matching stained oak architraves made the illusion the doors were bigger in both the height and width, creating a more grand look and feel.
Glazed doors were used between the dining room and kitchen to allow for a more open plan flow and fill the property with natural light. The model used was our R100 for as much glass as possible, with PCA beading to tie in with the solid doors.
Bespoke lattice side screens were placed between the hallway and dining room which created a striking feature that not only adds to the beauty of the surrounding interiors but also creates a more structured and intimate dining experience.
Our client wanted the internal side of their apartment entrance door to match the interior doors so we supplied a 12mm panel which was then cladded on, creating continuity throughout.
