This remarkable property in Rochester, Kent features a variety of different door models and finishes throughout, including bespoke designs manufactured specifically to the client’s requirements.

The ground floor features a large bi-fold opening with four Lattice Deco doors in our spectacular high gloss black finish on both the door and fretwork. The height is 2.3 metres tall and we supplied all of the relevant ironmongery for the bi-folding system in a polished chrome finish.

The high gloss sliding door design was created by our client and their interior designer and the outcome is very impressive! The doors are 1500mm in width with clear glass and polished aluminium inlays to match their other door furniture.

The remaining doors across the ground floor are the model R108 ALP with 3 stepped beading, complemented by polished chrome inlays. Our client also has these doors in their basement and opted for brass inlays to tie in with the other finishes.

The doors on the upper two floors are faux shagreen leather panelled doors made up of four cream leather panels per door with bevelled edges to add an extra detail. We used a shadow gap beading (RS5) to hold the panels in place. The finish of the doors is a black stain on oak.

We supplied all door sets with polished chrome hinges and full case locks, as well as white primed frames and 3 stepped architrave (SW3) which was painted white on site.
