For this prestigious development, we provided internal door leafs crafted in our exclusive Avenue Road stain on oak—an embodiment of sophistication and quality.

Marrying tradition with a contemporary flair, our design showcased our R137 model, a three-panelled door adorned with sleek, flat panels and three stepped beadings. A standout feature was the inclusion of a stunning glazed double door accompanied by fixed glazed side panels, adding a touch of elegance to the overall aesthetic.

In a strategic cost-saving measure for our client, we recommended the use of the beautiful stained oak finish for the doors on the ground and first floors. For the upper floor, we proposed the installation of white primed doors, allowing flexibility for on-site painting by their skilled decorators. This approach not only ensured a seamless integration of style throughout the development but also demonstrated our commitment to delivering a tailored and cost-effective solution for our client.
