SWD worked alongside the renowned Consero, an award winning luxury developer, for this private gated community in Bushey called Heathbourne Village. This project consisted of 370 door sets in total which were split across 14 luxury houses and 17 luxury apartments. 

Consero’s in-house interior designer wanted to achieve different schemes for the houses and apartments. For the houses, SWD supplied our R101 door model in a brown stained oak finish on the ground floor, including two doors leading into the kitchen and living room, with glazed panels to allow natural light to flow through. All upstairs doors were white primed in our R101 model for onsite decorating. For the apartments, we produced a light stained oak finish in our R100 door model.

For the complete development, we supplied the door furniture in an antique brass finish which included handles on a backplate in the houses and a slightly more simple lever on rose for the apartments.

In the apartments, we supplied PAS24 entrance door sets to ensure the correct level of security was achieved, these doors were supplied with security rated hinges, 3 star cylinders and escutcheons as well as multi-point locking systems.
